President of Citizens for California Reform
Ms. Holt will be speaking on a State Constitutional Amendment Initiative to return California to a part-time Legislature, as it had in years prior to 1966. Does our Legislature have too much time to pass frivolous legislation that has turned our state upside down? Ms. Holt will give a history of our State Legislature and how we got into today’s economic downward spiral.
